Electric
All touring pitches will have metered electric points. Credit can be purchased before arrival and further credit from reception during your stay. Any credit remaining on departure will be refunded to guests.
We will be happy to advise guests on how much credit (Kwh) they may need for their stay.
By law, caravan parks are not allowed to profit from resale of electricity. We can only charge guests at the rates supplied to us. Current chargeable rates are published in our Terms & Conditions. Click below to learn more about our electric meters and how they work
Late Stay
Perhaps you would like one last walk, to visit the coast or just a lazy day before you leave us. You can book to 'leave late' on your due date of departure and stay on your pitch until 6pm for £6.00*
* Late leaves can only be booked 24hrs prior to departure date and are subject to your pitch being available
When Does Overbrook Open?
Overbrook opens each year on March 1st and closes again on January 4th
Arrivals
We politely ask that you arrive strictly after 1pm and before 7.30pm. If you expect to arrive after 7pm we ask you let us know in advance.
Dogs
Quiet & well-behaved dogs are welcome at Overbrook. They MUST be kept on a SHORT lead at all times and can be exercised in our small open dog area on the park. More extensive walks and access to woodland and open fields is only a 5 minute walk away. We also have a dog shower with lovely warm water.
Visitors
There is no charge for daytime visitors. They must be adults (over 18) and must be off the park by 10.00pm. All visitors must be signed in at reception for health and safety and security reasons.
Commercial Vehicles
Please note, we do not accept commercial vehicles on site unless by prior arrangement with the management when booking. Any vehicles that are accepted for the purpose of carrying disabled scooters, or for use at steam rallies etc must be tidy and in good order. The management reserve the right to refuse entry to the site if this is not the case.
