Although we know you will of planned your holidays carefully and in great detail, occasionally unforeseen circumstances or illness may prevent you from travelling and result in you having to cancel your holiday at short notice.

We always recommend guests take out a suitable travel insurance policy to cover any unfortunate instances so you are able to claim back any losses like booking fees etc. Having suitable cover in place also provides peace of mind to travellers. As a small, family run park we are unable to cover losses due to circumstances beyond our own control.

If you need to cancel your stay with us, and have NOT taken out insurance, please do not ask us to transfer dates or refund any payments made if this is not within the boundaries of our booking terms and conditions. We shall refer you to your own travel insurance cover.
